Delivery Information
We offer nationwide delivery within two working days upon payment clearance. Overseas orders typically take 5-7 working days via Air Mail or up to 14-21 days by Sea. Orders are dispatched once processed and Address Verified. Delays in these processes, such as requiring a (CODE 10) or Authorization code, may affect delivery times. Product availability may cause slight delays, but you will be promptly notified via email or telephone. All orders are checked, packed, collected by courier, and fully insured against loss or damage. A signature is required for receipt, and you can track your package using the provided email or SMS message. Our standard delivery hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday delivery is available at checkout for an additional charge. Delivery prices are determined at checkout and can be selected for various locations, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Isles, and worldwide. In some cases, additional carriage charges may be required for unusual delivery locations or for items that are unusually long or expensive. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. While we strive to ship same-day for next-day shipping services, weekend orders are processed on Monday. Our delivery dispatch time is Monday to Friday until 3:00 pm, subject to external factors. Starting from January 1, 2021, Brexit will impact our products and services. VAT will no longer be charged on orders within the EU, but import duties will be payable upon delivery. P+P charges may incur extra fees based on your location. For certain locations like the French Alps or off-grid areas, items with batteries will be shipped via courier only. Be aware that Brexit may result in additional charges, and we may contact you via email to request extra carriage fees.
