Born soldiers, the Shock Troops of Cadia undergo rigorous training from a young age, honing their marksmanship skills and combat abilities. Known for their expertise in defensive tactics and offensive assaults, these soldiers are revered as the epitome of Imperial military prowess, serving as the foundation for numerous Astra Militarum regiments. The multipart plastic kit allows for assembling 10 Cadian Shock Troops, equipped with frag grenades and lasguns. Led by a Sergeant wielding either a drum-fed auto gun or a chain sword with a las pistol or bolt pistol, the squad also offers a range of special weapons such as a flamer, grenade launcher, meltagun, and plasma gun, along with a vox-caster for effective battlefield communication. Each squad of Shock Troops can be uniquely customised with over 20 different heads, variant poses, and additional accessories like sandbags, combat knives, and bedrolls. The kit contains 131 plastic components and includes 10 Citadel 25mm Round Bases and a Candian Infantry Transfer Sheet featuring 597 transfers for personalizing the miniatures with numerals, squad markings, and regimental heraldry. Assembly is required, and painting is recommended using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints for optimal results.
